1. Order Processing and Verification Period
Every order from Grreyl will go through a strict quality verification process before being shipped, to make sure it meets our performance standards.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for delivery within 2 business days (weekends and statutory holidays are not included).
- Shipping Confirmation: Once our quality check is completed and your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive an automatic email notification with your exclusive tracking information.
2. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Standard
We are committed to providing fair shipping services for our global outdoor customers:
- Standard Delivery: A fixed shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged at checkout for orders that do not reach the free shipping amount.
- Free Shipping: We are glad to offer free standard shipping for all single orders with a total value exceeding $45.98.
3. Estimated Shipping and Delivery Time
To improve delivery efficiency and product availability, Grreyl cooperates with a network of strategic regional fulfillment centers. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–12 business days.
- United Kingdom / Europe / Canada: 7–15 business days.
- Asia / Oceania / Rest of the World: 8–15 business days.
Note: The above times are only logistics estimates. Actual delivery time may be affected by external factors such as courier arrangements and customs procedures.
4. Real-time Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your package in real time through our integrated tracking portal or the courier’s official system. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the courier to update the initial tracking information.
5. Protection for Damaged and Lost Shipments
The safety of your purchased goods is our core concern.
- Transit Damage: If your items arrive with damage or visible flaws, please contact us at support@grreyl.com within 72 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will quickly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund for products damaged during shipping.
- Lost or Stolen Parcels: Grreyl shall not be liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier. If your parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend you contact the local courier immediately and check the safe delivery areas around your premises.
6. Responsibility for Customs Duties and Taxes
Grreyl operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are the legal importer and shall bear all import duties, tariffs and local taxes imposed by the customs authority of the destination country. These fees are separate from our shipping charges and are set according to the regulations of the local government.
