Return and Refund Policy


At Grreyl, we strive to provide high-end outdoor gear and accessories with exceptional durability and exquisite workmanship. To deliver a transparent and trustworthy shopping experience, our return and refund procedures are implemented in accordance with the following professional standards.

1. Standard Return Authorization Process

To ensure orderly operation of our services, Grreyl implements a standardized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system:
  • Return Application: All return requests must be formally submitted to support@grreyl.com.
  • Authorization Approval: Once your request is approved, we will send you a dedicated RMA number and the specified return address.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Any packages sent to our warehouse without prior RMA approval will be refused, and no refund will be processed for such items.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

We provide a 30-day legal return period starting from the date of confirmed delivery. To comply with the safety and quality standards of our outdoor product line, returned products (including camping equipment, wear accessories and daily accessories) must meet all the following requirements:
  • The product must be in original, unused and brand-new condition, with no traces of outdoor use or environmental wear.
  • All structural tags, functional labels and original brand packaging must be fully preserved.
  • The product must be returned in its original protective box or packaging.
  • A valid order confirmation or digital receipt must be provided with the return request.

3. Product Inspection & Issue Reporting

After receiving your Grreyl products, please check the package and items immediately.

If you find any manufacturing defects, structural abnormalities or logistics errors, please contact our customer support team at support@grreyl.com within 48 hours.

Timely reporting allows us to provide a quick solution, including priority replacement or full refund.

4. Shipping Responsibility for Returns

  • Returns Due to Our Fault: If the return is caused by product quality issues or our mistakes (such as wrong items shipped), Grreyl will bear all the return shipping costs.
  • Voluntary Returns: For returns due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping fees. The original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Product Categories

For safety regulations and customized product attributes, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Customized Products: Any products tailored or personalized according to customer requirements.
  • Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" and digital gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

 

6. EU 14-Day Statutory Right of Cancellation

In compliance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel orders or return products for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The returned items must still meet our requirements of original condition and unused status.

7. Refund Processing & Completion

After we receive and pass the quality inspection of the returned products:
  • Quality Verification: Our quality control team will conduct a final check to confirm the product meets all return standards.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order.
  • Processing Time: Allow 10 business days for our internal processing. After we issue the refund, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your payment institution.
