2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you reasonably believe that any product design, imagery, or technical specification displayed on the Grreyl website infringes upon your copyrighted work, please file a formal Notice of Claimed Infringement with our Designated Copyright Agent.

To ensure a prompt and legally compliant response, your written notice must include the following complete information:

  • Authorization: A physical or electronic signature from an individual authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right alleged to be infringed.

  • Identification of the Work: A detailed description of the copyrighted design, product pattern, or imagery that you claim has been infringed upon.

  • Identification of the Material: The exact URL(s) or specific location on our website where the allegedly infringing material is located, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it precisely.

  • Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.

  • Statement of Perjury: A declaration that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right alleged to be infringed.

Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, Grreyl reserves the right to take prompt action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material from our product catalog.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, Grreyl has implemented a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users, suppliers, or manufacturing partners who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We conduct thorough vetting of our supply chain to ensure all Camping Equipment, Wear Accessories, and Daily Accessories meet original design and safety standards.
